Q. What is Warm-up?
 

A. Warm-up is a crucial part of any training session that prepares students physically and mentally for the exercises ahead. It typically involves light cardiovascular activities like stretching, kicking drills, and joint relaxation exercises. The warm-up also includes four different sub-warm-ups: Basic, Knee up, Stepping, and Line Drill.
