Q. What is Warm-up - Line Drill?
 

A. Warm-up - Line Drill is an important training exercise where students line up and practice techniques while moving across the dojang (training hall). During line drills, students perform kicks, punches, blocks, and combinations repeatedly as they advance or retreat in unison. This integrative practice helps develop muscle memory, improve technique, and build stamina.
