A. Warm-up - Basic is a vital part of that prepares both the body and mind for the Tae Kwon Do ahead. The purpose of the warm-up is to increase blood flow, elevate body temperature, and enhance flexibility, which helps reduce the risk of injury. Additionally, it serves to focus the student's mind, improving concentration and readiness for practicing kicks, punches, forms, or sparring.
