Team Class

A. Team Class is a dynamic training session that integrates three specialized groups: the Poomsae Team, the Sparring Team, and the Demo Team. By participating in these three teams, students not only build a well-rounded skill set but also foster teamwork, communication, and mutual support, ensuring comprehensive growth and excellence in various aspects of Tae Kwon Do.
