A.  Saturday Class- Curriculum Class is a training session focused on reinforcing and advancing students' understanding of the Tae kwon do curriculum. This class provides an instruction for practitioners to concentrate on learning and perfecting techniques required for belt progression, such as forms (poomsae), self-defense, one step sparring,  kicking combinations, and fundamental movements. Instructors often use this time to offer personalized guidance, helping students refine their skills, correct mistakes, and ensure they meet the standards for their next rank.
